Alan Seong leads Team Mobina with more than fifteen years as an engineer and executive. He has interviewed and hired hundreds of engineers at Uber, Airbnb, and Meta, and as CTO at a Series B fintech company.
Earlier, he co-founded Intro, where teams leveraged employee networks for sales and recruiting—work that shaped how we think about trust, introductions, and signal in hiring. He holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford.
